JEAN-CLAUDE'S PROFESSIONAL FITNESS AND HEALTH CENTER
When JC opened the Fitness Center in 1994, his primary goal was safety and to provide quality, affordable Personal Fitness and Nutrition so that everyone could participate. **THE "PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS" are followed up with "Goal Designed Cardio" depending on your specific fitness level. Slow Walking (designed for beginners who need balance and cardiovascular improvement) or Interval or Endurance Cardio (designed for fat burning or Endurance Training). The Cardio completes your workout and is free of charge! All of our JC Fitness Programs are tailored to your exercise abilities and goals which why we always perform evaluations first prior to starting with any client. We have many "In Shape" clients who choose the "Express or Standard Workout" and are surprised by the in-tenseness and results they get from them. They are also great for beginners too who naturally need shorter, slower workouts while they are getting in shape. No matter what your fitness level or goal is, we have a program for you! That's 25 years of Professional Fitness and Nutritional experience on your side!

No fitness program is complete with out proper meal planning. If you have goals that are either health related or fitness oriented - without adequate "fuel" or a proper supplement regimen you will fall flat with your goals. Through proper food planning and natural supplements we can lower your health risks from: obesity, high blood pressure, cholesterol, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, low testosterone, arthritic and degenerated joints and atrophied muscles. The prices below reflect designing a Personalized Meal Plan just for you. These are not generic plans. They're "Goal Achieved Plans."

NUTRITION




Jean-Claude's Mechanical Evaluation has been the key to his business' success. As a leader in Trainer Education through ATBMP, in 25 years of Professional Training JC and his staff have maintained an injury free program with thousands of clients trained. Now that's success! The evaluation allows for J-C to design a personalized program to strengthen weakened joints and core and use specific exercise form that drastically reduces the chance of injury. Our goal is to know upfront where weak points are and to strengthen those areas so that you can increase your health through injury free exercise. We have all heard the stories of how trainers treat their clients at the "big gyms." That's not how we operate. We are safety conscience and goal oriented.

Mechanical joint testing, range of motion, body composition, cardiovascular test, spine assessment, personalized meal planning (see "NUTRITION" fees- additional cost) and goal setting.​

2017 BASEBALL INSTRUCTION AND CONDITIONING CAMP
BASEBALL has evolved over the years with greater aspect placed on Skill-Set Drills, Repetitive Motion Training for muscle memory and Sports Conditioning. 
Utilizing these sport specific techniques provides athlete’s the confidence they need, both psychologically and athletically “when in the game.” Sports Conditioning through Plyometrics, Speed Drills, Agility Training and age appropriate Strength Training completes the program ensuring a well rounded athlete.
